In this step, you will be asked to upload all relevant Know Your Business (KYB) documents.
Please find below the list of required documents:
1. Articles of Association and Memorandum
2. Proof of Business Address
3. Certificate of Shareholders
4. Certificate of Incorporation
5. Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) Document (Please submit your Shareholder Registry to: Support@peanuds.com , we will prepare the UBO Document for you and send it via email for your signature.)
6. Shareholder Registry
If you are not the director or legal representative of the company, you will need to upload a power of attorney signed by the director. We are here to assist you in creating a power of attorney for opening the account.
Make sure that these documents are no older than 12 months. We understand that maybe nothing has changed since your company was established, but for regulatory reasons, we are required to request and file up-to-date documents.
